Cancellation Policy

We get it—sometimes you hit “Buy Now” faster than your brain could say, “Do I really need this?”

No worries. You can cancel your order, but only within 2-3 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters production, and we’re unable to make changes or stop the process.

How to Cancel:
Simply send us an email at support@thegrumpyninja.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. If it’s within the 3-hour window, we’ll take care of it right away.
