🔁 Return Window

We have a 10-day return policy — which means you’ve got 10 days after receiving your order to let us know if something’s not right.

 

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging (tags and all)
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.


🔄 Replacements

Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? No problem — just let us know and we’ll sort it out if the item is eligible.


🚚 Return Shipping

If we messed up (oops), we’ll cover return shipping.
If not (in case of size changes), return shipping is on you.
